Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery is:

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Every order includes tracked shipping.

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment at any time.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delayed Deliveries

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery period, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.


Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and, when appropriate, provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos of:

  • The damaged product

  • The shipping packaging

  • The shipping label

This helps us resolve your claim as quickly as possible.
